The group has total property assets of €3.7bn, of which 60% in Germany after its takeover of railway property group Vivico two years ago. A lawyer and real estate financing expert, Dr. Ettenauer has served since 2006 on group management boards. He has over 15 years’ experi- ence, including a long spell as divisional director at Bank Austria Creditanstalt. |
