Commercial real estate investment rises across 70% of world - RICS
Investment activity in commercial property as an asset class rose across 70% of the globe rose in the fourth quarter as investors were drawn by low interest rates and relatively high yields, says the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. RICS chief economist Simon Rubinsohn said the survey demonstrates clearly that it is emerging real estate markets where sentiment has turned around most significantly.
