France's UFG REM looks to invest E700m in 2010
UFG Real Estate Managers, the largest French property fund manager, said it is confident that domestic real estate will see a gradual recovery and is looking to invest more than E700m in 2010 for its SCPI and OPCI funds on behalf of institutional investors. Headed by Jean-Marc Coly and Marc Bertrand, UFG REM manages more than E5bn of assets, of which E700m in SCPIs, making it the largest such manager in France.
