King Sturge Germany sees RE index correlaton with market
King Sturge Germany says its Real Estate Economic Situation index - based on hard macroeconomic facts - and its poll-based Real Estate Climate returns closely map trends on real estate markets four months in advance. "The combination of historic statistical data .. with the qualitative, poll-based sentiment .. permits a short-term forecast regarding the market's development," said Germany head Sascha Hettrich.
