RREEF stocks up OEF with E123m Frankfurt buy
Deutsche Bank's alternatives group RREEF has acquired Frankfurt's Park Tower office building for around E123m for the open-ended real estate fund grundbesitz europa. It was purchased from a Morgan Stanley fund at end-December. (See upcoming PIE editions for full story)
